Background color and transparency of your designs...
This is especially important for products printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique. The printing press will print all the colors it sees in the design, so avoid adding background colors unless they are included in your design.
The quality of the picture or design you choose...
When choosing an image to add to your product design, ensure it has a high resolution (above 2000 pixels). If the file opens large enough to fill your computer screen, it is suitable for printing. If you are designing it yourself, the page you are working on should be at least A4 size and 200 dpi.
Printing Size and colors used in the design...
The maximum print area is 30x40cm. If your design is larger than this area, our printing operators will adjust it to the print area without cutting the design.
It is recommended that you upload files in PNG format. Bright, vibrant colors used in your design will appear 5-10% duller on the fabric. Keep this in mind when choosing colors.
