Details about return and exchange processes:

  • Products that are personalized, have a pattern, name or date added by you, or are otherwise specially produced for you, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault on our part as basmatik.com. Add high resolution patterns and you will be satisfied with the print. You should also complete the order by checking the size measurements.
  • If you have purchased ready-made patterns on our site, you can return the products unconditionally within 14 days, provided that they are undamaged and unused.

I want to return the product I purchased. What should I do?
  • To do this, please send an e-mail to hello@basmatik.com with your order number, product name and reason for return.
  • If you are not satisfied with the ready-made products you have purchased for any reason, you can pack them in a way that will not be damaged within 14 days following the day your order arrives, return it within the framework of the specified criteria, replace it with a new product or get a refund.
  • Return shipping cost is your responsibility. We have an agreement with Aras Cargo , no return code is required. All you have to do is send it to the contact address in the name of Basmatik Printing Textile, with sender prepaid.
How many days is the return period?
  • You have 14 days to return your product from the date it is delivered to you. For the product(s) to be returned, the return request must be notified to us within 14 days.
How and how soon will my money be refunded if my order is cancelled?
  • Cancellation and refund of the orders you have received are made within 7-10 business days after the products are returned to the Seller, in the same manner as the payment was made. Refunds for orders paid by credit card are made to the credit card used within 1-7 business days.
  • Payments made via EFT/Money Transfer will be refunded to your account, which you will send to us by e-mail, within 2 business days.
The product I received was damaged. What should I do?
  • While your cargo is being delivered, be sure to check the package with the cargo officer. In cases where the product is damaged, ask the cargo officer to keep a report.
  • If the product you received was damaged and a report was not kept during delivery, you can request a return by sending an email to hello@basmatik.com. In your return request, send the damaged photos of the product along with the return details regarding the damage. Return requests for damaged and defective products must be made within 3 days following product delivery. If these conditions are met, you can return the product with its original package and your money will be refunded.
  • You can also send an e-mail to hello@basmatik.com regarding any damage caused by use. Textile products should be washed in accordance with the washing instructions. (upside down at 30 degrees). The mugs are not suitable for machine washing.
I received a different product than the one I ordered. What should I do?
  • If you send the product to us within the return period, the necessary checks will be made, our customer services will provide you with the necessary information regarding the issue as soon as possible and the product(s) will be replaced. If the product(s) is not in stock, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
