1. PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT:

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

All "BUYER USERS" and "INTERMEDIATE USERS" who want to become members of the site or want to shop must be over 18 years old. 3. TERMS OF USE and SHOPPING CONDITIONS OF USERS

"BUYER USERS" can place orders from www.basmatik.com "Website" by credit card or bank transfer. The time for the order to be evaluated by the "COMPANY" is not the time the order is placed, but the moment when the sum of the product price, all taxes and shipping fee is collected from the credit card or the bank transfer is determined to be transferred to the "COMPANY" account.

In accordance with Article 8 / IV of the Regulation on Distance Contracts Application Procedures and Principles, "BUYER USERS" who order from www.basmatik.com "Website" do not have the right of withdrawal for the goods they have purchased. On the other hand, if the purchased products contain any defects, misprints or functional defects, "BUYER USERS" can return the product or products to the "COMPANY" within 15 business days. "BUYER USERS" are obliged to send the product(s) to be returned to the "COMPANY" via Aras Cargo.
Orders of "BUYER USERS" are delivered to them by the cargo company that has an agreement with the "COMPANY". During the delivery of the product, the invoice with the delivery note issued by the "COMPANY" is also given to the "BUYER USERS". The order is delivered to the cargo company with its stamp indicating that there is no defect.
The cargo company is responsible for any damage or loss of the product, etc., from the moment the order is given to the cargo company until its delivery to the "BUYER USERS".
b. "INTERMEDIARY USERS"
"INTERMEDIATE USERS" will be able to purchase products for themselves and from the "COMPANY" by becoming members of the www.basmatik.com "Website". III. Users are "real persons" and "legal persons" who receive commission from the "COMPANY" by intermediating with individuals.
"INTERMEDIATE USERS" are subject to the same regulations as "BUYER USERS" when they purchase products for themselves.

If the "INTERMEDIATE USERS" are real persons who are not taxpayers, the commission fee to be paid to them will be issued by the "COMPANY" as an expense receipt and the corresponding commission fee will be deposited to the bank account number of the "INTERMEDIATE USER" in the "COMPANY" records. COMMISSION AMOUNTS ARE GROSS AND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TO "BUYER USERS" AFTER A 10% WITHholding Deduction is made on these amounts. "COMPANY" will fulfill its obligation within this system by depositing all kinds of taxes, duties and fees in its own name in accordance with the legislation. The tax liabilities of the "INTERMEDIATE USER" do not concern the "COMPANY". However, if the "INTERMEDIARY USER" carries out his intermediary activity on a continuous basis, it is recommended that he comply with the legal regulations regarding commercial activities and make the necessary applications in order to fulfill his tax obligations. If the "INTERMEDIATE USERS" are legal entities or taxpayer real persons (merchants), in order for the commission fees of paid orders to be paid by the "COMPANY", the "INTERMEDIATE USER" will first be required to issue a commission invoice against the commission fee. If the commission invoice is not issued, the "COMPANY" will not pay the commission fee and will not accept any responsibility in this regard. Following the preparation of the "COMPANY" commission invoice by the "INTERMEDIARY USER", it will be deposited to the bank account number existing in the "COMPANY" records of the "INTERMEDIATE USER". "The COMPANY will fulfill its obligations within this system by depositing all kinds of taxes, duties and fees on its own behalf in accordance with the legislation. The tax liabilities of the "INTERMEDIARY USER" do not concern the "COMPANY". At the end of each 30-day period, it informs them about the total commission amount for that month. "INTERMEDIATE USERS" issue a commission invoice following this information. "COMPANY" makes the commission payments for each 30-day period until the end of the first week of the next 30-day period. The orders of "INTERMEDIARY USERS" are delivered to them or to the consumers' addresses notified to the "COMPANY" by the "INTERMEDIATE USERS" by the cargo company that has an agreement with the "COMPANY". During the delivery of the product, the invoice with the delivery note issued by the "COMPANY" is given to the "INTERMEDIATE USERS" or the consumer himself. The order is delivered to the cargo company with its stamp indicating that there is no defect.
The cargo company is responsible if the product is damaged, lost, etc. during the period from the moment the order is given to the cargo company until its delivery to the relevant person.

4. PRICING:
Basmatik.com has the right to make changes to the products on display and the prices of these products without prior notice.
5. DELIVERY TERMS:
If the ordered product is in "COMPANY" stocks, the product will be prepared and shipped within 4 business days following the collection of the price.
Under normal weather and road conditions, the cargo company delivers the delivery to the buyer within 3 business days at the latest. The cargo company is responsible for delays. "COMPANY" receives its transportation service from Aras Cargo company, and the shipping fee for online orders is 6.00 TL, including VAT, to all parts of Turkey for "BUYER USERS".

6. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
"BUYER USERS" can cancel their standard product orders if their orders have not been shipped. Cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@basmatik.com with the phrase "Order Number and Cancellation Request" in the subject heading, or by calling 0 216 470 10 02. "BUYER USERS" have the right to cancel orders containing products they have specially designed using their own photographs, designs and/or slogans, before the products are produced by the "COMPANY". 7. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS:
a. General Explanations "BUYER USERS" can return the product within 14 business days following the delivery date, with the invoice issued by the "COMPANY" and a stamp and/or signed document stating the reason for the return. If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, the institution that will return it must issue a return invoice and send this invoice together with the returned product to the "COMPANY". The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL COMMUNIQUE OF TAX PROCEDURE LAW NUMBERED 395, if the "BUYER USER" is not a taxpayer, he/she must fill in the information in the relevant section of the invoice belonging to the "COMPANY" when returning the product he/she has purchased, then sign the invoice and send it back to the "COMPANY" together with the product. . Otherwise, the return process will not be completed.
b. Other Conditions Required for Returns for Standard Products: Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. Returns of products whose box and/or packaging are damaged, which have lost their resaleability, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice (all copies) and a signed document/petition containing the reason for return must be submitted along with the product to be returned. In case the product(s) to be returned are defective, the shipping fee is covered by the "COMPANY" and the returned product must be sent to the "COMPANY" by Aras Cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the "BUYER USER". For products that may have size problems, orders must be placed by obtaining technical support regarding size.
c. Other Conditions Necessary for the Return of Personalized Products: Products produced specifically for themselves by "BUYER USERS" using their own photos, designs and/or slogans, in accordance with Article 8 / IV of the Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Procedures and Principles, www.basmatik.com "Internet "BUYER USERS" who order from the website do not have the right of withdrawal for the goods they purchase. On the other hand, if the purchased product(s) are defective and contain any defects, misprints or functional defects, "BUYER USERS" may return the product(s) to the "COMPANY" within 15 business days. "BUYER USERS" are obliged to send the product(s) to be returned to the "COMPANY" via Aras Cargo.

8. TERMINATION:
"COMPANY" has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally at any time without giving a reason.

9. DISPUTES and RESOLUTION:
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.
